Our crew ate lunch at Chickie's & Petes. Yeah, we ate cheesesteaks and another Philly special, crab fries.

David, Sarah, Michael, Steve, Monona and Maya

Tuesday morning, election day on Bedford and Parkside.
I looked out and the line was around the corner at 6am, when it was still dark. That's when I knew it would be a big win.
We arrived at 7:30am. Jesse and Niki helped entertain the people in line. Paul and Michael played with their PDAs.
Inside the polling place. New York still has clunky old machines and you pull a big lever to vote. I love them.
Brooklyn for Barack Headquarters, 1424 Fulton.
I helped work this phonebank for 3 days.
I trained hundreds of people to call, what to say and how to mark the sheets. We called Pennsylvania, Florida and New Mexico.
Tuesday night: Party.
The people went out on Parkside Ave and made a joyful noise.
Friends and neighbors came over to watch our new Prez.
