Executive Assistant – Pedestrian Jobs

Creative Representation is looking for an Executive Assistant in Sydney

We are looking for an Executive Assistant to work in our Sydney office. This is a position for someone who thinks they could one day be an artist director.

Creative Representation represents actors, writers and directors working in film, television, theater and voice-over, as well as radio personalities and presenters including; Leah Purcell, Adam Briggs, Eddie Perfect, Samuel Johnson, Rebel Wilson and The Kates.

This won’t be your first job; you have a few years of professional experience. You will be driven and smart and although you don’t need to have worked in show business, you will need to be able to show us that you are passionate about the entertainment industry. We want you to be out and about watching shows, watching new programs, and feeding back information and reviews to the rest of the team.

You must be super organized, confident enough to champion an artist, and able to handle volume while maintaining a keen eye for detail. We’ll teach you the ropes, but you need to be open to learning and willing to push yourself – you’ll need to get to grips with everything from roadmaps and TV deals to press calls and travel bookings.

In your application, tell us what you have seen recently and where you like to go, tell us about your passion for show business and anything else you think is relevant.

Skills – you must be organized and have worked in an office environment before, you must be able to write confidently and problem solve. You need to be a clear communicator, but you don’t need to be loud – quiet confidence will work just fine. You probably have a college degree, but we don’t know what it was – it could be a business degree or a law degree, or it could be an arts degree.

Above all, you must be passionate about working behind the scenes to support the creatives.

We have a range of benefits with a head start, paid parental leave, wellness support and tickets to shows!

Closing of applications on Thursday, May 26, 2022

Don’t delay, we’ll review requests as they come in.
