The campaign “Building the cultural environment and cultural space of HCMC, promoting the cultural identities of city residents” was affirmed at the 11th Municipal Party Congress for the 2020-2025 term. The campaign aims to promote the value of historical and cultural legacies related to the revolutionary activities of young patriot Nguyen Tat Thanh. The planning and development of cultural facilities and annual cultural programs should be combined with the study and respect for the ideology, morality and style of Ho Chi Minh. Ho Chi Minh culture will be promoted to penetrate deep into people’s lives and is seen as a special power of the people of the city.
